A few airframes from my workshop and field photos. The photos show what was installed and what was still open on the bench.
Ranger with an action camera

I strapped the action camera above the Ranger’s nose hatch. The pusher prop is high and behind the wing, so the camera has a clear view forward. The camera adds weight ahead of the CG, so I include it when balancing the aircraft.
Gray flying wing

The center bay is open in this shot. The panel joints and trailing edge surfaces are visible, but I can’t identify the controller from this angle.
Gray canard airframe

The rear hatch sits between the fins. With it removed, I can see the power connector in the recess, close to the rear motor wiring. There’s very little depth for the connector and its cable bend once the hatch goes on.
Orange airframe with a conventional tail

The orange shell has a separate horizontal tail, a vertical fin, and a recess aft of the wing. This photo is from the airframe stage, before the electronics are visible.
